simple rules.
For sellers, we ask that no material that is obscene or offensive be posted, no material that
is copyright by others, no listings that are misleading or fraudulent. In posting a listing you
certify that you are the owner or owner's authorized agent, that the listing represents a bona
fide property legally offered for sale in accordance with applicable fair housing guidelines.
Since we are unable to verify any of the posted information, as a condition of usage you agree
to hold harmless FloridasFSBOS.com, it's employees, owners, agents and contractors for any
errors or omissions.
The personal contact information on our site, including names, addresses, phone numbers,
fax numbers, beeper numbers, email addresses and web site addresses is provided for the purpose
of contact between buyers and sellers for the purposes of property purchases. Any other use is
strictly forbidden.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue usage of the site, and notify us
so that we may remove your listing, if any.
In no event will we be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages
whatsoever resulting from the use, loss of use, provision of or failure to provide services or
information from this site. We make no representation regarding the data presented on this site
